Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart rate monitor that provides you with maximum freedom of movement and multiple options for viewing and recording your workouts. Thanks to Bluetooth®, ANT+ and internal memory, you can either connect Polar Verity Sense to a sports watch or app to see your workout in real time or record your workout in the internal memory and view your data afterwards.

Polar has launched an updated version of their standalone optical HR sensor, there’s actually quite a bit more updates than meets the eye that’s different than the OH1 series – especially once you start using it.

You can remove the transducer from its holder and strap and wear it anywhere under tight-fitting clothing. The design makes it very easy to do. The main thing is to make sure that the optical heart rate sensor is in the right place, snug against the skin. So whatever sport you play, Polar Verity Sense is 100% adaptable.

And with Polar Flow, you can automatically sync all your training data with other apps like Strava or TrainingPeaks.
