Buteo Photo Gear Floating Hide Grebe II
Code: B-720295 Developed by and for nature photographers: the Buteo Photo Gear Floating Hide Grebe II was created from real-world experience. After thorough testing of the first version, all insights, feedback, and suggestions from photographers and ambassadors have shaped this improved design. The result: a floating hide that's even more efficient and comfortable to use. It brings you closer to wildlife—undisturbed and ready for that perfect shot.
Note: a detailed manual is included—be sure to read it carefully before heading out.
The PVC used is heavy-duty and long-lasting—the same material found in inflatable rafts. Dual air chambers ensure maximum safety. The conically shaped ends are reinforced with extra camouflage, and all fixing points are double secured for durability and reliability.
Use the D-rings for attaching nets, bags, or other accessories. The tent fabric is made from 150D polyester with a hydrostatic head of 2,500 mm—keeping you dry during rain showers. Just note that the viewing windows aren’t waterproof, so rain can seep in through those openings.
Overview of viewing windows:
Camouflage allows you to get close to birds and mammals without disturbing them. They no longer recognize you as a human threat, which opens the door to breathtaking, close-up shots. The tent features our popular reed camo print and includes multiple attachment points for adding natural elements like branches or reeds. You can also use an extra camo net. With 20 sets of loops and cords, you blend into the environment seamlessly.
Lightweight and compact, the Floating Hide Grebe II is easy to transport—ideal for use at local ponds, lakes, or even when flying abroad. It gives you freedom to shoot wherever the wildlife leads you.
Get prepared:
Entering the water:
Choose a discreet entry point, hidden from both animals and people. Set up your gear safely at the water’s edge. Enter using shoreline vegetation or a natural inlet—reeds work great for staying hidden. Use the two side handles to carry the hide. Once in the water, the front handle lets you pull the hide or secure it using a rope.
Shooting from the Floating Hide Grebe II: the fixed snoots camouflage and protect your lens from water drops. Made of the same waterproof and camouflaged material as the tent, they fully integrate into the structure. Thanks to insect-net-covered viewing windows, visibility in all directions is excellent. The rear photo position sits even lower than the front—your lens literally meets the waterline.
Floating hide tube; Camouflage tent + frame; Air pump; Two mounting plates; 1 brass mounting screw (3/8); 2 extra storage bags 20x13x13 cm.; Safety net; Repair kit; 1 large storage bag; 1 medium-sized storage bag; Manual and safety instructions

It is a reliable and good shop. The shipment arrived on the time. There could be additional messages about the stages of the shipment, but that did not affect the process. Recommended.

I ordered cosmetologic chair/table from this company to Lithuania. Read the reviews and choose to buy from Morex than from my own country selling companies. I was suprised by the fast shipping! They shipped it very fast, pretty got it the other day. The problem was with the DPD couriers who somehow managed to lost the huge package for a few days and damage it. But after some calls and searching the package was found. The chair itself is in good quality, inside of the package wasn't damaged, so I am happy. Your customer service is amazing, got replies in email very fast! Thank you so much! Will be definitely ordering more.
